How to book

Step 1: Go to my contact page and make an enquiry. You will receive an email from me confirming your booking date and time.

Step 2: When you receive my confirmation email, you will need to make a 50% deposit to secure your event via a bank transfer. I will send you my bank details in your confirmation email.

Step 3: 7 days out from your event I will require the remaining 50% payment via bank transfer. Failure to make this payment within this time can result in cancellation of your booking.

I advise you consider a wet weather option as a backup on the day should the weather turn miserable otherwise the same cancellation fees will apply.

I have a current working with children check WWC1945110E valid till 14/06/2024

I am covered by public liability and products insurance for up to $30,000,000 and also professional indemnity insurance for up to $5,000,000.


Travel Fees

Cancellations

A travel fee will apply if you’re outside 15kms from my address in Mosman, NSW. I don’t go further. than 25kms. Please refer to google maps for confirmation and use Mosman as a starting point. Each kilometer over 15kms will be charged at $3 per kilometer. Please check with me if this
will apply to your event.

Cancellations and changes must be received outside of 7 business days, within business hours (Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm) before the agreed party date. Failure to cancel, reschedule or make changes outside of 7 business days before the agreed party date will result in the loss of 50% of any deposit made.

2. Should NSW return to lockdown, 100% refund will be given.

3. Cancellations or rescheduling made on the day or weekend of the party / booking will result in the loss of 100% of deposits made.
